Welcome to our perfectly located and beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Situated just 150 meters from the beach, this newly built, slightly smaller yet cozy space is designed to offer you a comfortable stay. Our apartment complex consists of 13 units, ensuring a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. Additionally, we provide a range of amenities for your enjoyment, including a shared pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, an open-plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, we have included a sofa bed and a washing machine. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials you’ll need during your stay, and we offer reliable and complimentary Wi-Fi. Street parking is available free of charge. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, but we always try to be flexible whenever possible. Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment that is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment. If you require any specific equipment, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to get you started. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for purchasing their own. For your convenience, we offer intermediate cleaning services upon request for a small fee. Additionally, we can assist you with transfers to and from the apartment.
