Welcome to this exceptional newly built apartment, situated in the absolute best location on Cleopatra Beach. With only 12 apartments in the house, you’ll enjoy a quiet atmosphere while being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. We provide personal service to ensure your needs are met during your stay. The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, an open plan living room and kitchen area, and a bathroom with a refreshing shower. Step out onto the balcony, where you’ll find a dining area furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kettle and toaster for your convenience. In the living room, you’ll find a Smart TV for your entertainment. Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the hallway, which is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to the rest of the apartment. If you have any special equipment requests such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide essential supplies such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them. We are pleased to offer intermediate cleaning services upon request, for a small fee. Additionally, we are available to assist with any other services you may require during your stay.
