This apartment offers a truly unique living experience! It is a brand new 1+1 apartment situated in a wonderful area that is conveniently close to all amenities. The apartment is tastefully furnished and boasts a well-equipped kitchen. You will find free parking available outside. Additionally, the common areas include a pool with a special area for children and a sauna, both of which you can enjoy free of charge. The apartment’s proximity to supermarkets, a bazaar, and various shops is a great advantage. Although the apartment is smaller in size, it is cleverly designed and equipped with everything you need. It features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and storage space. The kitchen and living room are designed in an open-plan layout, and there is also a sofa bed available. In the living room, there is a Smart-TV for your entertainment. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. Guests are welcome to use the entire apartment, except for one locked cabinet. If you have any specific equipment requests, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know! We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Initially, we provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent, but guests are responsible for replenishing these items once they run out. If desired, we can arrange for intermediate cleaning for an additional fee. We are also available to assist with transfers to and from the apartment.
