This apartment is a really unique living! A brand new 1+1, located in a really nice area, close to everything you need. Comfortable furnitures and well equipped kitchen. Free parking outside. In the common areas you also have pool with specialarea for children and sauna, that you can use for free. Very close to supermarkets, bazaar and other shops. This is a smaller apartment, but very well equipped and planned. There is one bed room with a double bed and storage. Then you have a kitchen/livingroom in open plan. There is also a bed sofa. And there is also a balcony showing the poolside/streetSmart-TV in livingroomBathroom with shower and washing machine Guests can use all apartment except one locked cabinet:) If you would like any special equipment, such as a desk, coffee maker or microwave, please ask! We solve most things if we can ?We provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid and laundry detergent to start with. When this is over, the guest can buy himself.We are happy to help with intermediate cleaning if the guest wishes this, for a feeWe also help with transfers
