Here you live perfectly in a slightly smaller, but very nicely furnished apartment in the middle of Cleopatra! Completely newly built! Only 150 meters to the beach and close to everything you need, including our office. This is a smaller complex with a total of 9 apartments, featuring a shared pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. You can also order baby and/or beverage packages. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan living room and kitchen. There is also a sofa bed and a fantastic large terrace where you can relax, and enjoy a cup of afternoon coffee. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. It is well-equipped with everything you need, including good Wi-Fi. Free parking is available on the street outside. We always try to be flexible with check-in and check-out times if possible. NOTE: THE ELEVATOR ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. You have access to all areas of the apartment except a locked cabinet. If you would like any special equipment, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please ask! We solve most things if we can. We provide toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent to start with. When these run out, guests can purchase their own. We are happy to help with intermediate cleaning if the guest wishes, for a small fee. We also help with transfers.
