Welcome to our perfectly situated, newly built apartment in the heart of Cleopatra! Despite being slightly smaller in size, it is tastefully furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay. The beach is just 150 meters away, and you’ll find everything you need conveniently close by, including our office. Our complex consists of 13 apartments, offering a cozy and intimate setting. As a guest, you’ll have access to shared amenities such as a pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi. Additionally, we offer the option to order Baby- and/or Beverage packages for added convenience. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, an open plan living room and kitchen area, and a sofa bed for additional guests. You’ll also find a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. Enjoy reliable Wi-Fi, and rest assured knowing that free street parking is available. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM, but we always try to be flexible whenever possible. Please note that there is a locked cabinet in the apartment that is not accessible to guests. However, you have full access to all other areas of the apartment. If you have any specific requirements, such as a desk, coffee maker, or microwave, please let us know. We will do our best to fulfill your requests. Initially, we provide basic amenities such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, and laundry detergent. Once these supplies are depleted, guests are responsible for replenishing them. For your convenience, we offer intermediate cleaning services upon request for a small fee. Additionally, we can assist you with transfers to and from the apartment.
